Warriors Whipped Out Snakes

Tough and intense game this week, i should say. With both teams having a standing of no-lose, truly each team is a team-to-beat.

First set, close fight between Oracle Snakes and AmEx Warriors. first-six players of both team fought in the first match. Spikes and blocks were the highlight of the first set. But in the end Warriors got the first victory having a close score of 23-25.

Even though Snakes felt anxiously from the first set, that doesnt stop them to fight back. Confidently enough though, they took their win in set two having a far-off score of 25-16.

Tense rose up in the deciding game as both team gave their very best to beat their opponent and to retain the no-lose standing. But in the end Warriors battled their way up to victory as the game ended with another close score of 21-25.

Sigh. Depressing kasi nasira na yung record namin having straight six consecutive wins tapos natalo kami . Although happy pa rin ako kasi close fight ang nagyari between the competing team. Tipong hindi kami tambak despite na malakas yung spiker nila [no doubt... saludo ako sa spiker nila, ang galing!]. hahaha

After the game, sa sobrang depressed ko eh dinaan ko na lang sa regular cut, medium rare prime rib with 2 1/2 rice from Hotracks and a jar of brownie point sundae [nakaka-addict yung brownie point]. Ngayon lang ako kumain ng madami, kasi nga depress ako . Siguro it would have been a good meal kung nanalo kami, hehehe. Anyway, looking forward for the next game. I just hope for the next remaining games eh ma-sweep ang mga wins namin para makapasok kami sa semis then hopefully sa finals. Especially ngayon some of our first-six players eh ma-oonshore na. [wrong timing... huhuhu]

Nice game, AmEx! See you at semis [assuming... wekeke]
