Ang sarap ng feeling kapag in-love ka:

The Gathering 6: Anonymous
Last stop: Shen's Place(Nagsama-sama lahat ng magkakaibang hindi man lang pinangalanan, would anyone please think for a better name for this group. heheh). Anyway, we had a Christmas party at Shen's place somewhere in Abad Santos.
The party started around eight. As always we took dinner first and after that exchange gift. Kinda weird, coz for the second time the gift that was returned back to me from the project team XP came back to me again for the second time (that gift wasn't really meant for me, was it?). So I told Shen to repeat the exchange gift, and at last I got the gift that was really meant for me (Starbucks coffee tumbler from Jojo... har har).
Actually before we went to Shen, sinamahan ko pa si Jojo bumili nun and Im fortunate enough dahil napunta sa akin (kami pa naman ni Dona ang nag-cracrave dun sa tumbler na yun). Then after nung exchange gift, we had a little card games and we also watched DVD (comedy, korni pero masaya).
Midnight stroke, I went upstairs to sleep na (antok na kasi me eh saka I need beauty rest) and spent overnight at Shen's.
The next morning (Christmas Eve), Dona and I went to Robinsons' Place Manila para mag-shopping (walang liguan ito!) and on the way home, we dropped by at Red Ribbon to buy a cake for the Noche Buena.
And that was the end of my Christmas party marathon this year. All I can say is that I enjoyed every party that I attended. I had a great experience. So till next year and for more years to come. Merry Christmas guys!
The Gathering 5: Post-XP
Fifth Stop: Vincent's Place in LP (my high school friend.) Since his home is just a blocks away from ours, so i decided just to drop by.
My friend and I had a little chat and a little eat since I already ate a lot from the party that I come from. I just stayed for an hour and I went home (pagod na kasi me, hindi ko na kaya!).
And again I went home with a smile on my face and a big tummy.

The Gathering 4: Accent
Forth stop: Accenture Grand Christmas party held at the World Trade Center in Roxas Boulevard. Almost all of the Accenture employees are here. Damn swear, there are almost three thousand Accenture employees attended the big event (never in my life attended a big party like this, whew!)
We're supposed to ride a service bus from our office to World Trade but our names wasn't on the list so our friendly Tech Support gave us a ride going there. We arrived two hours earlier. My friends decided to fall in line near the front door just to make sure that we can get a good seat when we enter the hall. And at last, at sundown the doors were opened and we took a seat near the stage. At seven, we took our luscious dinner (damn the dessert is so good, that you can forget everything) and raffle (apparently, I didn't win atrip to US - the grand prize.) 
An hour later, the band started to sing. First was MYMP band and next was Freestyle. We can't resist just to sit in our seats watching, so eventually we got off our feet and went to the front stage jamming with other Accenture. 
After Freestyle performed I got a little remembrance from them by having a picture with Tots (male lead vocalist). hehehe
The party finished quite early. At ten, I asked my dad to fetch me. And on my way home I received a call from a friend inviting me to drop by at his place because his grandfather threw a Christmas party at their place. So without second thoughts, I went to party again. continuation... --> [ The Gathering 5: Post-XP ]
The Gathering 3: Baywalk
Third Stop: The Magiting XP(FYI: IV-Magiting ang cream of the crab at ang pasaway na section noong 4th yr HS na hanggang sa ngayon ay wala pa ring kakupas-kupas). The party was held at Indo's Strip open bar located at the shoreline of Baywalk in Manila. Almost three-fourths came at the meeting place and moment later, sabay-sabay na kaming pumunta dun sa party place.
At first, nagkamustahan muna ang tropa about their current lives and status. Ang laki ng mga pinagbago ang iba sa amin. Some of us already graduated in college and currently working, some are still finishing their last term or semester until March of next year, Some olready had their first daughter at dala-dala pa nung party together with his wife (so sweet.) Some changed a lot physically, as in from nobody to yummy. And some opt to stay the same (same face, atittude, fasion statement, etc.) through the years.
We eat and drink and jam with the live band all throughout the cold night. Hay grabe, at that time, what I did is to capture every moments (in other words, picture lang ako ng picture). Its just like turning the hands of time during out high school days.
At the strike of midnight, we decided to depart our ways and go back to our own reality life. And we're going to wait for the the summer of next year to see each other again and talk again the new things and see again the new changes of each one of us.

The Gathering 2: A5-XP
Next stop: Tropang A5 XP(Ang barkadang nakasama ko simula ng pagtapak ko sa institucion de Mapua). The party was held at Rainier's Place, commonly known as Pugo, in Malabon. Almost all of the tropa was there, and only few wasn't able to come (I dont know why.) The party started an hour past noon and we started the party by taking lunch together (even though the majority of the food we brought is considered as a dessert).
After lunch, some chit-chat and videoke singing session. As usual, the never-ending pictorials... pictorials... and lots of pictorials. A hour later, we started to have a drink and drink and drink until we all got drunk. And as always, ayun tinamaan nanaman si Gesh (swear!readers, you don't want to know kung ano nanaman ang mga pinaggaga-gawa ni Gesh that time) and as for me, I probably not to say, its for the readers to find out.
At ten in the evening, some of us (including me) decided to go home. And again, I went home with a smile on my face and full of memories to be treasured.
To all A5, thanks for everything, I hope this will not be the last XP. See you on our next XP on 2005. Hope you have a cool Christmas this year. muah...
PS: Si Cha-cha nga pala, I think, got the best Christmas gift because for the first time she got a picture with Jomar (as in silang dalawa lang). Take note, si Jomar pa mismo ang umakbay sa kanya (naks!). Hope to see you both 'together' in the future.
The Gathering 1: Courtyard
The first Christmas party I attended in a company as well as my first stop of the six Christmas parties this year. It was the Christmas party of our project team in Accenture. Held at The Courtyard, located just beside Manila Peninsula. [i wonder why such project team would waste money for their own party? anyway...]
The party started at sundown. Almost everyone came to the party, and enjoyed the rest of night with awesome food and great singing bands plus lots of surprises from th raffle that was given away. And luckily I won one of the prizes, but i quite don't appreciate gift certificate as a prize though.
A moment later, its exchange gift time. The story of exchange gift was quite depressing because I got the same gift that I bought 'for the exchange gift' (ggrrrr!). Nevertheless, I thought to recycle it for the next exchange gift at the next Christmas party (less expense... heheh).
The party lasted until ten and I went home with tummy full, a smile on my face and the same gift which supposed to be an 'exchange' gift but apparently it came back to my hands.
Fire and the Furious
This is a photo taken from one of the floors of our office building last December 10, during our office lunch break an hour past noon. We dont know exactly the place and the building or establishment that was on fire that time but we are sure something is on fire because of the vast black smoke covering the sky at noon-strike. Fortunately the fire was eventually extinguished in about an hour (thank God!).

Oracle Speaks Again
This is my first day at GT Tower. The time that our team will be roll-in a project. It was half past eight when we went to the 26th floor of the building.
(Flashback). Last week our team were in a computer-based training at PSE and we were self-studying the annoying C and C++ prog. And according to our HR rep she told us that by monday we will be roll-in at the project. So we're expecting that by monday we're going to make a lot of aggrevate programs in C/C++ (grrrrrr).
(Going back). At last our trainer came in and with a stunning surprise she told us that for next few weeks we'll gonna have a training in relational database management system using Oracle, (to make the statement short, the topic is all about "database" - the stuff that im familiar with). Yippeeeeeeeee!
So im not anymore worried of thinking a lot of logical and 'object-oriented' programming. (Thank God!)
And oh by the way, I saw one of my org mate during college (Vanessa Camacho) who happens to be working also in accenture. Small world coz we're at the same roof!
When Sierra Striked Back
Deep floods covered the majority of the rural areas. Enormous landslide from the mountains. Hundreds of people died. A lot of families were affected and lost their homes. And many are still missing. All of this happened in just one week. And it is all because of two storms... wait wait wait, is it really because of the storms? Do you really think? Sure?
As far as my opinions are concerned, it wasn’t the storm that caused the tragedies that happened during the week when two storm stroke the country, but instead its because of the delinquent people who harshly destroy the ecological habitats. As heard from the news, landslide rushed down from the mountains to lowlands with tree logs, rocks and weak soils with it. A clear proof of felonious deeds by careless individuals who cut trees and do illegal stuffs in the environment.
Remember the law, “For every actions there is an equal or initial reactions.” Well it shows, people took way too much from environment so nature also needs to take something from the people in return. Now environment also took something and apparently even ‘someone’ from the people as tragically the same as people did to the environment. (sigh)
Storm is part of the ecological cycle but destroying our environement is not part of making the ecosystem balance. Calamities are caused by men not by environment.
