Lucky Me
others believe, others do not. nevertheless, its still friday the 13th and it's truly a bad and unlucky day for me. But who cares, everything for me are just a coincidences or its just happens for a reason.
anyway, this are the things that happened today. you decide if it really a badluck day for me.
alas:i was supposed to wake up early this morning but it didn't happened
luckily: i got extra hours of sleep and rest
alas:i was supposed to present report regarding the current program that im working with but apparently i wasn't able to finished it,
luckily: they've given me an extension to finish it during weekend. hehehe
alas:i only had a hundred bucks in my pocket, the team went out for a lunch today and we ate at a resto where all food are spicy (whew!) and spent a whopping 60 bucks (ouch!).
luckily:the food is worthy enough
see, its not unlucky day after all. good and bad things always compromise. and face the facts that whenever it maybe, bad things always happen you just have to face it and be prepared.
btw: i wonder where did the so-called 'friday the 13th' originated? and what's with the number 13? (hehe don't usually listens to freaky stories)

i've read/heard somewhere that it has something to do with tragic biblical events that happens on fridays: good friday, the fall of babel, the great flood, etc.
reference to the number 13 was from the number of apostles (including judas the traitor). nga ba?
common results from google returns something about the downfall of knights templars on fri the 13th, and i dunno who they are hehe. or are they the crusades? hehe...
some says 13 is not unlucky, because for what I heard, there are 12 apostles and Jesus was the 13th person. count the number of people in the last supper, there are 13 people all in all including Jesus.

won't believe this, mas badluck pa sa akin ang saturday d 14th... tested through the years. and this year i was supposed to be in my hometown kaso sa sobrang critical ng project, i have to stay and work (err!)... see sabi ko na eh sobrang alas talga!
